Type of Funding/ Funding Restrictions: Funding is principally for direct project costs and not for general operating and overhead expenses. Other ineligible expenses include: Capital acquisition or construction (such as property or buildings); Purchase of motorized vehicles; and the direct provision of medical services and medicines for acute care
Application Instructions: Invite to sign up for RFP mailing list and grant application instructions available online. The Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals. However, when launching a new request for proposals, a grant workshop will be hosted for nonprofit organizations to better understand the purpose of the initiative and how to respond to the RFP. Program officers are always available to discuss ideas for future programs and they welcome suggestions from regional organizations.
