  1. Any New Mexico chartered and registered nonprofit organization may request funds. Approved funding must be utilized within New Mexico.
  2. Requests must be health related in nature and must demonstrate a goal, which will help to improve a specific aspect of the health of individuals, families and communities.
  3. Funds may be used for a current project or a capital campaign. Funds may not be used to build endowments, endowment campaigns, or to pay for overhead expenses, salaries or other individual compensation.
  4. Funds are awarded on an annual basis with no implied promise or commitment for future funding.
