Mission/Giving Statement: The Chase Foundatiopn affirms its founder's vision of giving people a chance to improve their quality of life for the well being of community and family. The Chase Foundation peruses this vision through positive community initiatives, resources, and the collaborative efforts of partner organizations. 

Grantmaking Program Areas: Pre-School through 12th Grade Education; College Education Programs; Substance Abuse Programs; Domestic Violence Programs; Community Enhancement Programs; Charity Infrastructure; Youth Initiative Programs; Emergency & Critical Human Services

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: The Foundation looks for organizations that engage in strategic planning in maximizing positive results in the primary focused areas. It gives priority to projects taht involve joint efforts of multiple agencies and wide community support and sustainability fo of projects demonstrated in the application guideline. The Foundation does not fund intersts or programs detrimental to the oil and gas industry. A list of additional restrictions available online.

Mission/Giving Statement: Clothes Helping Kids is an independent non-profit organization that supports programs for children and youth in New Mexico.

Grantmaking Program Areas: Children & Youth Development

Grantmaking Program Area Descriptions:

Children & Youth Development: Supports a wide variety of programs that focus on children and youth and address educational needs, health issues, human services, environmental issues and/or traditional arts and culture.

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: Grants made to programs in Central and Northern New Mexico.

Mission/Giving Statement:  The Jessica Fund is a small family foundation that supports the arts, advocacy programs for women and girls, and social change. 

Application Instructions:  Two typewritten pages. Contact by email is preferred.

Notes:  Grantmaking is in the Chicago, IL area and Santa Fe, NM.

Mission/Giving Statement:  To save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures.

Grantmaking Program Areas:  Women's Health/Breast Cancer Survivor's Support

Grantmaking Program Area Descriptions:

Women's Health/Breast Cancer Survivor's Support:  Breast Health and/or Breast Cancer Screening, treatment or education projects and other programs to support breast cancer patients.

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions:  Specific to breast health and/or breast cancer.  Services must be provided in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, Torrance, Los Alamos or Santa Fe counties.

Application Instructions:  Grant application available online.  Starts mid-December for the following fiscal year.  Grants are awarded early April and are from April of that year to March of the following year.

Grantmaking Program Areas: Arts & Culture; Community Development; Economic Development; Education; Health & Human Services

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: Does not fund individuals, travel, athletic teams, individual schools outside of JAS partnerships, operating expenses.

Application Instructions:  Obtain a grant application from the Bank of Albuquerque website.  Click on "Community Commitment" at the bottom of the page. 

Notes: The Foundation does not want to receive unsolicited requests.

Mission/Giving Statement: To be used exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes or for the prevention of cruelty to animals and children within the US or its possessions.

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: No propaganda, no influencing legislation or for influencing campaigns.

Application Instructions:  Contact First National Bank of Santa Fe beginning of July each year.
